Cost of Services & Fee Policy

  1. We do not accept or bill insurance.
  2. Reimbursement information for insurance companies will be provided to patients upon request.
  3. Initial psychiatric or Opioid Dependence evaluation is $400.00.
  4. Opioid Dependence Treatment is $200.00 per month.
  5. Follow-up psychiatric appointments are typically $100.00 (15-20 minutes).
  6. A detailed fee schedule will be provided upon request.
